Economic Development & Local Business Support

It partners with entrepreneurs and economic agencies to provide resources, host fairs, and encourage community-driven commerce.

Quality of Life & Cultural Preservation

Works to improve access to essential services such as parks, transportation, housing, and healthcare. It collects community feedback and advocates.

The Habitat Wood Glen Homeowners Association (HOA) is a self-managed association focused on enhancing the quality of life and preserving property values in our community.

MEMBER OBJECTIVES:

 

  • Good Neighbors First – Resolve community concerns respectfully and directly as neighbors whenever possible.
  • Volunteerism – Encourage participation in the Association beyond the standard responsibilities of membership and residency.
  • Property Maintenance – Maintain individual properties in accordance with the Covenants, Conditions, and Rules to support the Association and preserve the value of Habitat Wood Glen properties and common areas.
  • Common Good – Evaluate issues based on their merit to the Association and alignment with our Mission, Vision, and Values, rather than the interests of any individual or group.
