Lot Maintenance Guidelines:
- Keep grass and weeds cut and edged
- Keep trees, bushes, and shrubs trimmed
- Remove yard debris and place it in a neat pile on the curb for pick-up on designated Heavy Trash Collection Days in accordance with COH Solid Waste Management guidelines (contact 311 for assistance)
- Heavy Trash Collection days are every other 2nd Monday of the month up to six curbside collections per year (January, March, May, July, September, November)
- Keep trash, rubbish and waste stored in containers with lids
- Keep trash receptacles stored on the side of the home or out of public view except on trash pick-up days
- No storing of construction materials and other equipment in public view
- No abandoned or disabled cars parked on public streets, easements or lots in public view
- No trailers or boats permitted on lots in public view
- Keep motorized vehicles off grass, sidewalks or on county and utility easements
- Keep swimming pools enclosed with a fence at least four feet high with a latched gate that cannot be opened by a child or a cover that cannot be removed by a child
- Keep abandoned or vacant structures boarded as they invite vandals and attract rodents, animals and other pests
- No drying of clothes in public view
- No storage piles or accumulated rubbish
- No dumping of waste, furniture and construction debris on county easements and rights of way
- No unsanitary conditions likely to attract or harbor mosquitoes, rodents, vermin, snakes or disease-carrying pests
